Protect the clientProtect the trainer · Protect AtomicBod
These proposed standards establish the minimum conduct required for anyone representing AtomicBod. Final agreements must be adapted by qualified counsel for every launch country.
Maintain current identity verification, recognized fitness credentials, local work authorization, professional liability insurance, and CPR/AED certification. Report any lapse before accepting another booking.
Coach only within verified qualifications. Do not diagnose, treat injuries, prescribe medication, provide psychotherapy, or issue therapeutic meal plans unless separately licensed to do so.
Every new client completes a current physical-activity readiness screen. Pause training and require appropriate medical clearance when answers, symptoms, pregnancy status, recent surgery, cardiovascular warning signs, or other risk factors indicate it. A blanket physical exam is not a substitute for screening.
Explain exercises and obtain consent before physical positioning or touch. Stop immediately when consent is withdrawn. Harassment, sexual conduct, coercion, discrimination, retaliation, and romantic solicitation during the trainer-client relationship are prohibited.
Wear clean, approved AtomicBod training apparel and suitable footwear during every platform booking. Do not alter the logo, wear offensive messaging, or imply medical or clinical authority.
Inspect the environment and equipment, confirm an emergency plan, scale intensity appropriately, provide hydration and recovery opportunities, and stop for chest pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, acute injury, or other warning signs.
Use only the booked address, confirm arrival and departure through the portal, avoid unapproved guests, never train a minor without the required guardian arrangement, and follow AtomicBod lone-worker and emergency check-in procedures.
Use the protected AtomicBod room, verify the client’s current physical location and emergency contact, maintain a professional background, prevent unauthorized viewers, and never record or screenshot without separate written consent.
Keep availability accurate, arrive at least five minutes early, respond promptly, and never move an AtomicBod client or payment off-platform. Trainer cancellations require prompt notice and may trigger client credit or refund rights.
Accept only platform-confirmed bookings. Never collect cash or external payment for an AtomicBod lead. Payouts are subject to completed identity, banking, tax, and payment-provider onboarding and may be delayed for disputes, fraud, or investigation.
Access only information required for the session, keep client details confidential, use secure devices, do not download sensitive health information unnecessarily, and report suspected privacy or account compromise immediately.
Escalate emergencies first to local emergency services, then notify AtomicBod. Submit injury, safety, misconduct, privacy, or payment incident reports promptly. AtomicBod may pause bookings, investigate, require retraining, or terminate access.
Appointments are confirmed only after successful advance payment. Booking fees are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and stated exceptions for trainer cancellation, platform failure, duplicate charges, or other circumstances AtomicBod is legally required to honor. A rescheduling window is safer and clearer than describing every payment as absolutely non-refundable.
